KITCHEN & BATHROOM DESIGN SERVICES

The first step for any home project is: the planning phase. No matter the size of your project, we will begin with a consultation to gain an understanding for your needs and wants & make sure we're a good fit. 

After completing the consultation, you'll receive a Design contract and initial cost based on the scope of work needed for the project. A retainer and signed contract are required before and design services can occur. 

Next up, we will get any critical measurements, photos of the space, preferred materials & color palette, as well as any inspiration images you have been collecting.

If you're not decided on material selections, our designers can assist you with this process. We're happy to help you curate the textures, colors, and materials that are customized to your unique style and taste. 

Once we have all the foundational information, we can get to work on your preliminary design! We will render 2D, 3D, and elevation plans for your approval. 

With your final design, we will also provide an estimated project budget including both materials and labor, helping you to create an overall project budget to see your new design come to life.
